A: I choose Kirkwood because I wanted to go to a smaller school.

A: I am majoring in veterinary assisting.
Q: What has been your proudest moment at Kirkwood?
A: One of my proudest moments at Kirkwood would have to be training shelter dogs as part of the veterinary assisting program and being able to see them go to their forever homes.

A: After Kirkwood I plan to work at a veterinary clinic.
Q: What inspires or motivates you?
A: One thing that motivates me is my future.
Q: Tell us about who you are outside of Kirkwood – hobbies, family, other interests, etc.
A: Outside of Kirkwood I enjoy being with my family and friends, going on walks with my dogs, and traveling.

A: Being named Outstanding Student shows me that hard work pays off.
