Counseling Services offers Zoom sessions on Tuesdays

The Kirkwood Counselors have been offering Zoom Informational Sessions on Tuesdays throughout the semester, during Activity Hour.  Below are the Tuesday Tune-Up sessions for November and December.  We’d love for you to join us!  

Stress Less 

·         Tuesday, Nov. 3, 11:15 a.m. – 12:10 p.m. 

·         Hosted by Mary Gesing, Kirkwood Counselor 

·         Participants will learn the importance of awareness of one’s own stress triggers, how stress affects your body and mind, along with some coping strategies aimed at taming your stress.

Time Management

Healthy Relationships: Set Healthy Boundaries and Improve Your Emotional Well-Being

·         Participants will learn how to more effectively manage your time, energy, and limits. Setting healthy boundaries can increase your confidence and sense of control, decrease your stress level, and improve your communication and relationships with others.
