There are many fall events happening in the corridor. Each event listed might have its own masking requirement, so be aware of potential differences in expectations.
Bart’s Farm
7307 Alburnett Road, Marion
Open Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pony rides and hayrack rides are offered on the weekends for a small fee. It is however free to visit the farm.
Caspers Pumpkin Patch
10654 Forest Chapel Rd, Anamosa
Visit a giant pumpkin and pick out your own homegrown pumpkin at Mr. Caspers Pumpkin Patch in Anamosa. It’s free to see his giant pumpkin and he carves it the week before Halloween.
Open sunup to sundown.
Bass Farms
840 Bass Lane, Mount Vernon
Ticket for Bass Farms Fall Festival are $8, and the festival happens weekly. You can enjoy ice cream and other activities. You may also visit the farm and get a pumpkin without attending the festival.
Allen’s Orchard
5801 N 10th Street, Marion
Allen’s Orchard is a “you pick” orchard and most varieties cost $2.50 and pound.
Cedar Lake Clean Up
What: Cedar Lake clean up. Meet for a morning cleanup of the area with fellowship to follow.

Nature Walk
What: Owl-O-Ween, a nature walk at Wickiup Hill to learn how to call owls When: Tuesday, Oct. 19, 6 p.m. – 7:30p.m.

Cost: $1 for children under 16 and adults are $2.50
Movie Nights
What: Movie night at NewBo, “Goosebumps,” something to sit on is strongly encouraged. You may also attend in costume for a chance to win a prize
