What is your major and how did you choose it?
Occupational Therapy Assistant and Liberal Arts A.S. I decided occupational therapy assistant because I love to help people and want to help people reach their highest potential of function.
What has been your proudest moment at Kirkwood?
My proudest moment at Kirkwood is being named to the All Iowa Academic Team.
What are your plans after Kirkwood?
I plan to enter the workforce, and go to school online, then eventually apply to grad school for a Masters in Occupational Therapy.
What inspires or motivates you?
My family and friends motivate me to be the best I can be.
What does being named an Outstanding Student mean to you?
Being named an Outstanding Student means a lot to me because it shows that my hard work inside the classroom hasn’t gone unnoticed by my professors and I’m glad to know they see good qualities in me.
