Where are you from? I am from Sheffield, Ill.
Why did you choose Kirkwood? I chose Kirkwood because of the Respiratory Therapy program. The program has a lot of great resources and lab materials available for the students.
What is your major and how did you choose it? My major is Respiratory Therapy. I chose my major because I enjoy helping people and have an interest in respiratory care.
What has been your proudest moment at Kirkwood? My proudest moment at Kirkwood has been receiving straight A’s since I have been in the Respiratory Therapy program. As well as being inducted into Phi Theta Kappa honor society.

What inspires or motivates you? My family motivates me to do my best in everything I do, especially my parents.
Tell us about who you are outside of Kirkwood. Outside of Kirkwood I enjoy spending time with my family doing things such as camping, gardening and going to farmers markets.
What does being named an Outstanding Student mean to you? Being nominated as an Outstanding Student is such an honor and it shows that my hard work is paying off.
