Where are you from? West Branch, Iowa
Why did you choose Kirkwood? I was definitely interested in the human services program they provided. I was looking forward to the experience I would gain throughout the time I attended.
What is your major and how did you choose it? -Human Services because I found a passion for helping people. Not only do I strive to positively impact people in the community, but I also want to gain an understanding and just be able to listen to those in need.
What has been your proudest moment at Kirkwood? – Being able to meet so many new people as well as make friends and gain experience through the guidance of my professors.
What are your plans after Kirkwood? Transfer to Iowa
What inspires or motivates you? My family. Being able to make them proud with my accomplishments definitely pushes me to try my best.
Tell us about who you are outside of Kirkwood. I am definitely a bookworm at heart. Besides that, I love to catch up on my recent Netflix series, hang out with friends, as well as spend time with family either playing board games or just hanging out and updating each other on life events.
What does be named an Outstanding Student mean to you? It means that I am proud of the hard work and dedication I have put in throughout my time at Kirkwood.
