Career Services socializes with students

Career Services at Kirkwood Community College offers a wide variety of services for students, including a regular event called Campfire Connections.

On Thursdays, during activity hour, students can join Campfire Connections in Iowa Hall on the third floor. Career Services coaches are there to provide educational information and advice for students seeking career help. It is also a way to socialize with other students and make more friends.

The two words “Campfire Connections” centralizes around making connections and learning more about career opportunities. Presentations and conversational opportunities are included in the event where students can have fun and ask questions while networking.

Job search is an important part of college, so career experts are there to provide their best advice and answer all questions.  Danielle Ebaugh, Career Services supervisor, and Janelle Brehm, Lexi Fields and Rachel Powell, Career Services coaches are all part of the team.

Career Services and many other faculty members are more than willing to help out students and others with their college careers. Do not hesitate to reach out as many other students may have the same questions you do.

There are also many other opportunities that Career Services offers throughout the semester. All Career Services information is on the third floor of Iowa Hall.
